Musical Theatre - Choreographer and Dance Practitioner

Ella has worked in the UK theatre and film industry as a writer, performer, tutor and producer for the past decade.  She has previously worked with companies including Giddy Kipper Anomaly, New Fable Productions, Strange Weather Syndicate and the BBC and founded a creatives collective called Fable Nova. Ella studied part time at reputed repertoires including Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Bristol Old Vic and LAMDA.  Her performance highlights include Sally Bowles in Cabaret at The Steiner Theatre and performing as part of a traveling circus featured in the Theatre Field at Glastonbury Festival in 2016.

Having taught movement for stage and screen for Junk Yard Productions, she is also skilled in Latin, Ballroom and Fusion styles working for Chapel House Studios. Ella has since danced Salsa and Bachata in UK dance festivals as part of MotionCITY and Onedance and been a performance coach for emerging actors with her collective Fable Nova. She recently trained under the award-winning performer Ruby D’Woo in Burlesque with the Haus of Ruby’s Rebels.

Ella has expertise in writing, directing and producing her own plays and musical theatre shows for festivals including The Camden Fringe Festival shown in the West End.  She recently received nominations for Best Short Film in 2021 for her film EUREKA in London Shorts Festival and Nathan for which she was a finalist in the Paris International Film Awards and semi-finalist in Lulea International Film Festival.

As part of her busy schedule, Ella is an arts reviewer for Daily Info Oxford and Theatre and Dance Editor for interdisciplinary magazine SEISMA.
