Chicago Teen Edition gave our talented teenage performers the opportunity to tackle one of musical theatre's most iconic and demanding shows in July 2025. With its distinctive style, sharp choreography and memorable score, the production challenged the cast to develop their performance skills while bringing the glamour and intrigue of 1920s Chicago to the stage.

The cast rose to the challenge brilliantly, delivering confident performances full of energy, character and commitment. From the show's famous dance numbers to its witty storytelling, the young performers embraced every aspect of the production, demonstrating tremendous growth and maturity throughout the rehearsal process.

As with all our teen productions, the show was about more than the final performance. Friendships were strengthened, confidence flourished and teamwork was at the heart of everything we did. The result was a stylish, entertaining and highly accomplished production that showcased the incredible talent within BTP's youth programme and left audiences thoroughly impressed.
